Do your entertainers accept gratuity?
Absolutely! The entertainers that serve you are all well trained and make it their number one priority to ensure your event is a success. Gratuity is not included in the total of your package price, so if you want to show your entertainer that you loved having them, gratuity is a great way of doing so. Though it is not expected, it is always appreciated and is definitely customary in this industry.
Frequently asked questions
How can I book you?
To book us call, text, or send us an e-mail. Even if you are not sure if you want to book right away, fill out an entertainment request form. If you prefer to call, we would be happy to talk to you and answer all of your questions.
How far in advance should I book?
Because we are one of the top in demand entertainers in the area, it is recommended that you book a month or more in advance. For the Holidays (Christmas, Easter, 4th of July, Halloween) many clients book 4 ‐ 6 months in advance. If your event is less than a month away, we will try hard to accommodate you and often can. Even if your event is tomorrow call us and we may be able to squeeze you in. But, it is best to call as soon as possible.
when is a good time to have us come to your event?
If it's a short event like a birthday party, A good general rule of thumb is to have the entertainment start about a half hour to an hour after the party is to begin. This prevents distractions from late arriving guests and also ensures that you will have enough guests to make it worth your money!
For community events and things such as company picnics or festivals where people are coming and going; although we would love to cover your entire event, we realize you may be on a limited schedule. In that case, we recommend that you have us arrive about some time after the event has started.
Is there a deposit required to book?
Yes, in order to reserve your date and time we require a $50 nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards, digital payments (i.e. Venmo, Paypal, Cashapp, and Zelle)
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
If you decide to cancel the visit after you book with us you agree to forfeit your deposit All deposits are non-refundable. If you give us at least 48 hours notice prior to the day ofyour party you may postpone the visit. You have up to one year to reschedule your party
Do you perform outdoors?
Yes! Unfortunately, the weather is unpredictable, so in case of inclement weather such as rain, high winds, etc. we recommend you have an alternate indoor location. If moving indoors is not possible, please let us know in advance if you have a rain date and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do I need to provide anything?
For face painting, balloons, etc, we ask that you provide at least a card table, or larger as well as a few chairs. If it an outdoor event where a tent is needed, we request that one is provided. If needed, we can bring our own table, chairs, and/or tent, but there may be an additional charge as it requires more set up time.
Do we need a special parking spot?
Please help by saving a parking space, and give access through a door with the fewest steps possible. This makes it much easier for us to unload the equipment and/or supplies we bring to your party or event.
Can we book you to entertain our children in one room while all of the Adults hang out in another room?
Due to liability issues, it is required that all of the children be supervised at all times by at least one responsible adult (in addition to me). Plus, it will be more fun for the adults to be in on the fun. There are plenty of photo ops during the show so you will enjoy watching the kids have fun.
Do all the children participate in the show?
Yes!!! The whole show is based on fun audience participation.
Everyone will get to be in on the fun and many of the kids will help directly. Of course, if its a birthday party or other special occasion, the guest of honor will be the main star of the show and participate the most.
How much space do you need to perform?
Not much at all. For equipment and props we need about a 10 foot by 10 foot area. For small events, usually, your living room or backyard is a perfect place for this. Other than that, a space right in front of the performing area for the children to sit and enjoy the show is all we need.
Can we serve the kids food, snacks, and beverages during the show?
It is a HUGE distraction for the kids. Not only eating the snack but then the serving of it and cleaning up that takes place. At this age, kids need the least amount of distractions possible. So, it is HIGHLY recommended that you NOT serve goodies during the performance. Since it is a show based on audience interaction and participation, we need their hands to be free.
